Policy Committees, Special Subcomittees, Councils, and Task Forces

Committees, councils, and task forces help to define our policies on the issues that are critical to your business or organization. These groups are not alone in formulating policy--we'll often ask for your views on certain key issues through meetings, mailings, and surveys. These exchanges provide valuable insight to the members of our policy committees, councils, and task forces and to our 100-member board of directors.

 

Similar to the committees but less broad in their scope, our special councils and task forces play a key role in helping to formulate our policy on issues ranging from electricity deregulation to Social Security.
