The Western Hemisphere Team of Experts regularly contributes to policy advocacy on topics. We are pleased to be providing decisive leadership in shaping the debate on Capitol Hill over the Free Trade Agreements with Colombia and Panama.  We are also defending Intellectual Property Rights, promoting Trade Facilitation reforms, working in our capacity as the U.S. Section co-Secretariat of the North American Competitiveness Council (NACC) to ensure that North America is the safest and most competitive place to do business, and highlighting the contribution of U.S. businesses to economic prosperity in the region.

Over 200 member companies actively participate in our Western Hemisphere Task Force, which monitors regional developments and promotes hemispheric economic integration.  The Task Force reports to the U.S. Chamber's International Policy Committee.
