This is a problem that's not going away.  When you have 44 million Americans still without
access to health care, clearly bigger steps need to be taken.  People need greater flexibility
in choosing a health plan that fits their budget. Individuals opting to cover themselves should
benefit from the same tax advantages as those who receive care through an employer.  And
lawmakers must embrace alternatives to costly coverage, like association health plans, that
save small businesses money and ultimately work towards slashing the number of uninsured people in this country.
