Transcript

During the August Congressional recess, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce will do its part
mobilizing and educating voters for the critical mid-term elections. The Chamber’s vote for business bandwagon will travel to 12 key states and congressional districts to endorse candidates for critical House and Senate races. We are also running an extensive advertising campaign highlighting the positions of Congressional candidates on important business issues.  American citizens understand the importance of a strong economy, but don’t always know where candidates stand. We are going to help educate them so when they go to the voting booth this November, they’ll have a great understanding of the policies that will create jobs and grow the economy. Knowledgeable voters will be pro-business voters.

--William Miller
National Political Director & Vice President of Congressional & Public Affairs
