Caroline Joiner

Caroline Joiner is executive director of the Global Intellectual Property Center. She is responsible for carrying out the Center's goal to champion intellectual property (IP)as a vital engine of global development, growth, and human progress. With the help of more than 20 staff, she is leading a sustained, long-term campaign to protect and defend IP and innovation around the world.
