Chamber Selects Monster as Online Recruitment Provider

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The United States Chamber of Commerce has partnered with Monster to provide job recruitment services for Chamber members.  Through this partnership, members will have a new resource to help fill positions within their organizations, and job seekers will have access to thousands of job postings of all titles, levels, industries, and occupations.

“The way workers seek employment and employers fill positions continues to evolve as new technologies are developed,” said J.P. Moery, U.S. Chamber Senior Vice President for Federation Relations.  “By integrating Monster’s services into the resources we provide for our members, we are bringing greater ease and efficiency into finding the best candidates locally or nationwide.”

Monster is one of the leading online career and recruitment services on the internet.  It works by connecting job seekers at all levels with employers across all industries.  This job service will be featured on the members-only Small Business Tools section of the U.S. Chamber website where members will have access to a “hiring toolkit” that includes employment facts, articles and expert advice about a range of topics, including employee retention and how to write a compelling job description.  It will also feature exclusive offers designed specifically for U.S. Chamber members.

“Monster’s tools and recruiting services make it easy for small and medium-sized businesses to find qualified candidates,” said Moery.  “Together, the Chamber and Monster will be able to develop initiatives and programs that build awareness of and educate businesses about the effectiveness of online recruiting.”

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is the world’s largest business federation representing more than three million businesses and organizations of every size, sector and region.
